Dupa succesul release-ului digital al albumului 'Right Of Way - Deluxe Edition', Flashover Recordings a decis sa lanseze acest album si in format fizic! Multi fani au cerut o relansare a albumului 'Right Of Way', care inca este considerat ca fiind unul dintre cele mai apreciate albume dance. 'Right Of Way' a fost primul album lansat sub numele Ferry Corsten (2003) la casa de discuri Tsunami - label fondat de catre Ferry Corsten si Robert Smit (1997). Albumul a avut 3 single-uri prezente in toate topurile dance de la acea vreme: 'Punk' (UK#29), 'Rock Your Body, Rock' (uk#11) si 'It's Time' (UK#51).
Dublul CD 'Right Of Way - Deluxe Edition' contine 10 remixuri semnate de artisti precum Above & Beyond, Moby, Cosmic Gate, Marcel Woods, Arty si multi altii.
