Cele doua creiere din spatele antrenantului duo Lemon & Einar K sunt dj si producatorii norvegieni Inge Bergmann ''Dj Lemon'' Nilsen si Einar Kristiansen. Ambii provin din Fredrikstad (Norvegia). Inge, fiind unul dintre dj de top din Norvegia si promotor de mai multi ani, descopera talentul lui Einar, si asa au inceput sa lucreze impreuna. La inceput au lucrat sub alt proiect, mai exact proiectul lui Igne, numit Avne. Ferry Corsten a remixat in 2004 track-ul lor 'All I Wanna Do' (voce Ida Helen). Acest single a ajuns un clubhit si a fost pus pe foarte multe compilatii din toata lumea. Alta piesa ramarcabila, 'Making Me Fall', lansata in 2005, primeste sprijin masiv din partea lui Paul van Dyk, Armin van Buuren, Tiesto si este incoronata cu 4 stele (din 5 stele) in DJ Mag. In 2006 baietii au colaborat cu Dj Shog din Germania si scriu versurile pentru 'Surround Me With Your Love' (voci Ida si Einar).Marele succes a venit in 2007, cand 'Hope' si 'Autumn Radicals' au fost lansate pe reputabilul label al lui Ferry Corsten (Flashover Recordings). O alta colaborare cu Dj Shog ('Feel Me') a fost lansata pe Sony BMG din Germania. Baietii de la Lemon & Einar K si-au demostrat si calitatile de remixeri prin prelucrarea Ronnie Allstar - 'Good Morning Sunshine', de asemenea, semnata la Flashover Recordings.
Au inceput anul 2008 in forma foarte buna, piesele lor 'Anticipation' si 'Hold Me Now' intrand si ramanand in Topul Trance Beatport pentru doua luni. Remix-ul lor 'Daydream' - Marcus Schulz feat. Andy Moor a ajuns pe locul 2 pe Beatport. Cea mai mare realizare a lor a fost la data lansarii propriului label numit Apocalypse, o sub-divizie Dance Department. Prima lansare pe Apocalypse a fost remix-ul Lemon &Einar K 'Close My Eyes' - C System, care s-a bucurat de un real succes. Ajungand la sfarsitul anului 2008 pe primele poziti in cele mai cunoscute topuri dance, remix-ul si-a gasit loc si pe compilatiile lui Marcus Schulz si, la fel de bine, pe faimoasele compilatii anuale ale lui Armin van Buuren, A State Of Trance. Acelasi nume al label-ului, Apocalypse, il poarta si show-ul radio pe care baietii il gazduiesc din 14 septembrie 2008 pe Afterhours.FM, difuzat in fiecare a doua duminica a lunii, la 2pm EST / 7pm UK / 8pm CET.
