Nominalizat la Grammy, Andy Moor nu are nevoie de introducere pentru majoritatea cititorilor, in prezent, el fiind pozitionat pe locul 18 in DJ Mag Top 100, producator, remixer si membru Leama & Moor , Tilt si Whiteroom, ca sa enumeram doar cateva dintre colaborarile lui. Multa munca, determinare si foarte mult talent l-au ''catapultat'' pe Andy Moor la statutul de unul dintre cei mai influentabili si decisivi artisti pe scena muzicii dance de astazi. Invata sa cante la pian la varsta de 5 ani si la inca sase instrumente muzicale pana la 11 ani, realizeaza prima lui inregistrare la 13 ani si ajunge la 21 de ani sa adune la evenimentele, la care participa, zeci de mii de oameni. Acum, la 28 de ani este considerat un veteran al industriei muzicale.
Artistul se remarca prin stilul unicat: vei asculta piese pe care le vei putea regasi doar in mixurile sale, fiind productii proprii exclusive pentru mix, piese pline de energie, melodice chiar simfonice, un stil asa cum il numesc fanii Andy Moor: Andy Moor Trance. Este foarte apreciat, dovada fiind nenumaratele sale colaborari cu dj de renume: Markus Schulz, Above & Beyound, Paul van Dyk, acestor colaborari adaugandu-se remixuri pentru: Britney Spears, Avril Lavigne, Paul Oakenfold, Brian Eco, Tiesto, Arthur Baker. Dupa fiecare tur sustinut de artist, acesta se intoarce intotdeauna in studioul lui, neasteptand sa-si iroseasca talentul care i-a adus titlul de ‘Best Producer Trance’ si 'Best Track Trance’ in 2004, ‘Best Track Dance’ in 2006 pentru productia ‘Air For Life’ (colaborare cu Above & Beyond) in cadrul Trance Awards 2006, o nominalizare Grammy in 2008 pentru remixul Delerium – Angelicus. Tot in 2006 productia solo ‘Halcyon’ s-a bucurat de foarte multe remixuri din partea dj-lor de renume. Anul 2008 aduce din partea artistului un album solo lansat la propriul label, AVA Recordings, care urmeaza albumului din 2005 (‘Explorer’ cu Tilt) si albumului din 2006 (‘Common Ground’ cu Leama & Moor).
Incepand din 2009 AVA Recordings face parte din familia Armada Music. Andy Moor spune: “Astept ca viitoarea alianta sa fie de bun augur pentru muzica electronica si sa ajute la cresterea rapida a label-ului si a calitatii muzicii’’.
Andy a ramas ferm pe pozitie, preferand sa-si conserve energia si sa-si indrepte atentia doar asupra muzicii. Cu o astfel de atitudine, talent si munca sustinuta nu e de mirare ca Andy Moor este in top…si cu siguranta va ramane asa pentru mult timp.
